Bio
I consider myself an exceptional problem solver, I'm driven by complexity and strive to deliver simplicity. As a UX/UI designer, who is also an experienced visual designer and artist, I enjoy bringing human centered design concepts to life through my work.
My approach to web and app design is holistic, I utilize excellent communication skills, combined with a strong knowledge of code, to bridge the gap between business needs and technology.
Background
I've worked in a large variety of roles for many different industry types. I have contributed my skills through graphic design, UX/UI design, and front end web development. I love collaborating with like minded individuals on a team, as well as working independently.
I have a unique perspective and style to approaching design solutions. My experience spans the gammet from visual design and marketing, to complex design systems and front end coding.

Windows and Walls App (MOST RECENT)

My most recent in depth project I've been working on for the past 2 years is the "Windows & Walls App".
It is a custom graphics ordering system, and in house workflow management system for the wide-format printing industry.

What Do We Sell?
Web Development
Technology Used: Ruby on Rails, HTML5, SCSS, AJAX, ActionCable, Heroku
What do we sell is an e-commerce web application coded in Ruby on Rails.
This secure and functional application is an online shop with many features implemented. User authentication and authorization, admin abilities, shopping cart, commenting features and more.
The Movie App
UX Research & Prototype
Technology Used: Adobe CC, Sketch, InVision
The Movie App is an exploratory project for an app design of my own creation. It is a social media platform dedicated to movie rating and sharing amongst friends.
The full UX lifecyle was explored in this example project.

This freelance project involved creating the brand identity for a local roofing company, as well as development of the site in wordpress.
